Texas Reachout Ministry – during incarceration write to:

.  There is a lengthy application for acceptance.  Housing for men located in S. Austin and Bible Study required 2 nights a week.  Home-like structure.  Call 512-291-0921 for more information.

Regeneration House – write to 5004 Allyson Court, Austin, Tx 78744 for acceptance letter.  Home-like setting in south Austin.  Some support services.  Call 293-7793

Ministry of Challenge – write to 1500 E. 12th Street, Austin, Texas 78702 for information.  This is a very structured inpatient program focused on drug recovery.

Austin Love Ministry - write to P.O. Box 150125, Austin, TX 78715.  Homes are located in South Austin.  Call Pastor Cuningham at 922-0576 for more information

Other Transition Housing

Encore House -  Duplexes and Fourplexes located in various areas of Austin.  Call Gene at 300-2900 in regards to amount needed for move in. 

A NewEntry –apply at 500 E 7th Street or by calling 512-470-3243.  Adult men able to work $88 p/w $100 deposit, shared room, must be committed to sobriety and have accountability for sobriety. No so’s.


South Austin Marketplace—write to 2101 E. Ben White Blvd., Austin, Texas 78741 for an acceptance letter.  Rent is $75 per week for a double room and there is no supervision.  Rent assistance is available, but no support programs.  Call Carlos at 512-443-2804 to see if there is a vacancy.

Push-up Foundation –located at 1711 E. Ceasar Chavez St., Austin, Tx, 78701.  This is a very structured inpatient program with a 90 day commitment.  Groups are required with a counselor.  No rent, but must have an evaluation done to see if this is for relapse prevention.

Winner’s House – write to 405 Blackson Ave. Austin, Tx. 78751 or call Trina Knox for information 512-799-9057, groups required and rent is $100.00 per week.

New Beginnings - homes located around east side of Austin, call Valarie at 300-1495 for more information.

Brighten Homes - 4 houses to offer beds for gentlemen.  The contact number is 656-4123
